Okay, back in darker territory now. Trying something slightly new.
Monthly Archives: February 2014
Poetry: “It’s the music”
Something very lighthearted on offer for today, and very hopeful.
Poetry: “Colors”
Okay, back on a more lighter topic now.
Poetry: “The Rider”
This dark/ghost story poem is more improvised and based on my own ideas.
Poetry: “The Circle”
Another horror/dark poem based in folklore/old stories.
Haiku Poetry: “Horror Haiku”
And tying in with yesterday’s offering, some haiku based on horror and scary stuff, but with humor.
Poetry: “Mass of the Dead”
This poem is based off of a Swedish folktale and horror story. I’ve heard several variants of it, but the main plot is the same and I chose to use this as basis of this poem. (Sometimes I like to think I can channel Poe.)
Poetry: “A Scent of Spring”
Something hopeful that feels appropriate for this time of the month…and year.
Haiku Poetry: MTMTE Part Deux
I managed to produce some more of these, cause there are so many great characters!
(I should be shot for the Rung one.)
Poetry: “Oh Nature”
This could best be summed up as exploring meetings between nature and modern city life (inspired by my own neighborhood).
