What secrets lay hidden
In the twining
In your chest
That puzzling appendage
Which made you
So unique
Speculation through the ages
Making theories
Here and there
That you might been a diver
Somehow breathing
Through that bone
Was it just some identification
Showing up and
Showing off
Or did the old Cretaceous forests
Fill with echoes
Of your calls
