Yeah, another commentary on human existence… And how we seem hellbent on ending it ourselves.



Lo we set up
Our own heavy fall
From grace
Yea, we
The supposed crown
Of all creation
Our hands forever busy
Tearing all apart
That driving greed
For more
Much more than land
Or sea
Or bowels of the earth
Can spare
Despite all warnings
The clamor of bells
We continue
To chip away
At the crumbling precipice
Upon which we stand
