Poetry: “Book learning”

Only one kind of intelligence.

Book learning

I am an example
Of someone learned
At least the kind
That devours books

Stuffing knowledge
In my head
Facts I pile up
High on shelves

Solving riddles
That I find
Reading up
Conclusions made

I hoard them all
My bookish facts
Want to know
All that I can

But I doth have
A great big flaw
The social skills
No book can teach
