Poetry: “Obsolete”

Starting off June with a rather serious poem.

***~***~***~***

Obsolete

Humans made
Obsolete
Numbers on a page
So reduced
Column A
Faces all torn off
Actions are
Nothing
Without an end product
All of us
Worthless
If we don’t produce
No room for
Kindness
In the world of dollar signs
We just wait
Fearful
For when we’re obsolete
