Acrostic poem: “Merry Christmas”

And an additional Merry Christmas to the rest of you, who celebrate on Christmas Day. 🙂

Merry Christmas

Melodies drifting in on the air
Every child, his head turned skyward
Roasting chestnuts on the fire
Ribbons tied around the gifts
Year is ending, in good style

Charming, cherished come again
Holiday we’ve longed so for
Reindeer prancing
In the sky
Snow that covers up the ground
Time to spend with those we love
Making merry memories
Always remember the important stuff
Season for kindness and generosity
