Poetry: “Locomotive madness”

And something vaguely political-environmental for this Sunday.

Locomotive madness

One billion Chinese can’t be wrong

Driving cars is loads of fun

So much fun in fact you see

Exhaust is turning day to night

Sucking up all carbon fuel

Then venting it into the air

Through some engine, super strong

Powering a steely beast

They are fast, that much is true

And they can carry loads of stuff

Though what use will our cars be

When they’ve ruined our environment
